When the HEROware box arrived, I unwrapped it and followed the instructions to connect it; I had the HEROware support group walk me through the setup to test their customer service, which is courteous and efficient. It took less than 20 minutes to complete the entire setup. The machine made the initial internal backups which lasted about two hours.
