I would recommend HEROware to anyone who is looking for a cost effective, quick and easy backup solution with total recovery in the Cloud.
As a Registered Principal with SagePoint Financial, we have been using HEROware’s Backup appliance for the last 6 months and it works as advertised. We used tapes in the past and not only was that a huge operations effort (taking the tapes home, setting up a tape rotation schedule etc.), but the tape system failed when we tried to retrieve from tape and that cost us a lot of time and money.
